Calhoun Academy lost to Central last Thursday in its only action in a rain-shortened week.
Scott Shankle and Cameron Bryant both had two singles for the Cougars in the 13-6 defeat. Forrest Shoemaker and Todd Harrell both had a single and a double.
The only games left on the Cougars schedule are a pair of road games at Kemper this week.
