Saturday, Oct. 4 is the deadline to register to vote and participate in the Nov. 4 general election.
Circuit Clerk Carlton Baker said his office will be open from 8 a.m. until noon that Saturday for anyone wanting to register.
Absentee voting for the Nov. 4 general election is scheduled to begin Monday, Sept. 22.
