Kindergarten students at Calhoun City Elementary recently did a community walk where they visited a local bank, the post office, Natchez Trace Power Association, Off the Alley, Tres Chic and the city the library. At each stop the students were taught how the businesses function and their various services offered. The class has also had several community leaders visit their classroom including a dentist, nurse and sheriff.
