Christmas get-togethers are just around the corner. Jesse Yancy Memorial Library’s Friends of the Library is announcing their annual Holiday Silent Auction beginning Monday, Nov. 3.
This annual event features a wide variety of items up for bid –everything from home decor to toys to homemade goods!
All the money raised will go to Friends of the Bruce Library. Friends uses this money to sponsor numerous library events throughout the year including Summer Reading Family Night, Brown Bag Luncheons with guest authors, and Family Movie Parties.
Drop by the library in the next few weeks to bid on that perfect gift item and give back to your community at the same time.
The auction concludes Tuesday, Dec. 9 at 4 p.m. Bids must be placed in person and cannot be accepted over the phone. Donations are still being accepted.
