Calhoun City linebacker Steele Liles is expected to sign a football scholarship with Millsaps College this Thursday in a ceremony at Calhoun City High School.

Liles was the leading tackler on the 2014 Wildcat team that finished as Class 2A state runners-up.
He was also a state champion powerlifter breaking some state records for his weight class. Liles started at catcher for the Wildcat baseball team.
He was recently awarded the Lindy Callahan Scholarship as one of the state’s top scholar athletes. He was named STAR student and earned valedictorian at Calhoun City High School.
He is the son of Sharon Liles and Perry Liles.
