Barney McFall, Jr., 80, of Calhoun City, died Thursday, July 9, 2015, at his residence. Born March 11, 1935, he was the son of the late Barney McFall and the late Myrtle Jones McFall. He was the husband of Merle Harbin McFall. He was a retired purchasing clerk for Calhoun County District 4. He was a member of Trinity Bible Baptist Church.
Surviving are daughters, Vicky M. Wilson and late husband Wayne, Calhoun City, and Amanda M. Goodson, Calhoun City; brother, Bill (Maxine) McFall, Eupora; grandchildren, Jamie Goodson and fiance Brooke, Brittney (Justin) Brougham, Ross (Emily) Ulcher William Wilson, Tammy (Corbitt) Jackson and Paula (Horace) McGahey, and 14 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by brothers, Buck McFall, Hugh McFall and Ed McFall, sisters, Hazel Thompson and Clara Wade.
The family will receive friends Friday from 5-8 p.m. at Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce.
Her funeral service will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ricky Halloway, Bro. Chad Obrien and Bro. Ricky Harris officiating. Interment will be in Pinecrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Colton Anthony, Johnathan Denley, Jordan Denley, Brandon McFall, Clay Wade and Justin Wade. Honorary pallbearers will be Kermit Dye, Ray Hamilton, Billy Hitt, Troy Moore and Shelton Williams.
