“I am humbled by the vote of confidence from Calhoun County voters during the past two terms as your Superintendent of Education.  I want to thank everyone who has supported me for the kind words of encouragement. I am very thankful for your support. I have always had a vision for our schools and am certain that our citizens want someone who will continue to prayerfully guide our district and prepare our students for the future. Our great history has a foundation for success, and we plan to continue to move toward a successful future for our students and schools.

“As your superintendent for the past eight years, I have worked diligently to improve our children’s education at Bruce, Vardaman and Calhoun City through supporting our teachers, principals and students. We have one of the top Career and Technical Centers in the state and are a very successful school district. Safety is our top priority for our students and staff. We have installed cameras in all schools and on all buses as well as security entrance systems at each school.

“Over the past eight years, I have had to make tough decisions that were the right things to do for our students and county. I have never raised your taxes and vow not to in the next four years. We live within our budget and have led this district with transparency, integrity and accountability that is consistent with the highest values. I have been blessed to faithfully serve the students, teachers and administrators of this district for eight years and would be honored to continue for the next term. I enjoy having the opportunity to positively influence the lives of students and their families. My commitment is to continue to do what is right for Calhoun County students, their families, teachers, administrators and our communities.

“If re-elected, I will continue to lead with integrity, transparency and high Christian values needed in today’s world.  Please remember that I have been doing this job for eight years. I humbly ask for your vote to re-elect MIKE MOORE, Superintendent of Education. Experience without question!”
