Bruce and Calhoun City basketball teams filled 13 positions on the All Division team from this past season.
Top award winners included Ladavius Draine of Calhoun City earning MVP for 4-2A. Brieton Sykes earned best offensive player in the region along with Eupora’s Corson Gunn. Wildcat Coach Daren Coffey was named coach of the year.
Calhoun City’s Adaysia Edwards was named the region’s best defensive player and Coach Rob Fox earned coach of the year honors for the girls.
All region honors also went to Lady Wildcats Sierra Coleman, Tyra Tucker and Santana McKissick. Representing Bruce on the all region team are Chaterika martin and Makesha Harris.
Austin Burl and Tyius Jennings of Calhoun City, and Jamar Brown and Tyrique Gunn of Bruce, also earned all region honors.
