Steven Anthony Owen, 56, of Vardaman, died August 7, 2013 at Calhoun Health Services in Calhoun City. He was born August 16, 1956 in Miami, Fl., the son of Stanley Owen and Almeda Sue Breedlove Owen. He was a self-employed carpenter.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at Pryor Funeral Home in Calhoun City. Survivors include four sons, Steven A. Owen Jr., Vardaman; Gary Owen, Vardaman; Robert Owen, Vardaman, and Johnathon Owen, Texas; three sisters, Michelle Flowers, Deltonia, Fl.; Terry Sparkman, Orlando, Fl., and Lea Paneca, Miami, Fl.; one brother, Sandy Owen, Miami, Fl., and eight grandchildren.
